Coordinate Option/Earnest Monies and confirm delivery

Order Survey and Home Warranty
Confirm HOA info/restrictions/covenants have been received
Review Pre-lim CD as a second pair of eyes
Send Utility Transfer reminder to Buyer

Packages can be customized depending on you and/or your teams needs.
The above packages are typically geared for standard transactions where my correspondence with clients is limited mostly to signing documents and following up on key transaction milestones. I can possibly be more involved with the transaction if that is what you are looking for

While I won’t negotiate, I can write offers and answer many questions clients ask throughout the contract process.

Very rarely will there be a delay in opening your new files. Why?
We can use the Organizational System you already have in place or I’ll modify my own system to “plug & play” your files. Whichever method you prefer!
